Taylor Woodrow is seeking a highly skilled Digital Information Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our framework with Network Rail.
Duties:
• Develop and implement BIM standards and guidelines for our commercial and industrial groups.
• Manage and coordinate the development of BIM standards, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and models.
• Create a work plan and roadmap for the development, implementation, and quality assurance checks needed for full BIM integration within assigned projects.
• Manage information exchange data for the project according to the Plan of Work (RIBA, CIC, etc).
• Produce Responsibility Matrix and manage Information Delivery Plans through the job lifecycle.
• Implement industry standards, including ISO 19650 Part 1-5, BS 17412, and PAS 1192 Part 6.
• Manage workflows of other disciplines within Digital Engineering (VDC/BIM/GIS).
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
Person Specification:
• Previous experience in the implementation and management of digital engineering within a construction environment.
• Experience working on a rail project is advantageous but not essential.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards, including BS 1192:2007, PAS 1192-2:2013, and PAS 1192-3:2014.
