The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our reach within the training market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client accounts.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored training solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in business development within the education or training sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
