Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships with trade associations, federations, and institutes.
This is a new business role covering all Partnership lines, including tax and business advice offerings, commercial legal expenses products, and financial lines insurance.
You will work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, and legal, to develop and execute a pipeline of new business prospects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, partnerships, and sales, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its distribution channels.
Aston Charles offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of up to £70K (negotiable), plus car allowance, lucrative quarterly bonus, and substantial pension contributions.
