We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Tutor to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing academic and emotional support to students facing SEMH challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Tailored Support: Delivering one-to-one tutoring sessions to students with SEMH needs, fostering their academic progress and personal development.
  2. Lesson Planning: Creating bespoke learning packages tailored to individual students' needs and learning styles, ensuring effective engagement and participation.
  3. Active Engagement: Helping students stay engaged and actively participate in the learning process, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  4. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential; QTS is not required but relevant education qualifications or experience are highly desirable.
  5. Adaptability: Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of individual students.
  6. Competitive Salary: £30 per hour, taking into account the current market rates for similar positions in the region.
