Web3 Risk Management Specialist

Avenir Investment Management Limited is seeking a skilled Web3 Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks related to Web3 investments, including market risk, technical risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Identification:
Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the security of investment projects. Analyze market dynamics, technological trends, and regulatory environments to forecast and evaluate potential risks. - Risk Control and Management:
Establish and maintain internal control processes, regularly review and optimize risk management policies. Collaborate closely with the investment team, technical team, and legal team to ensure effective implementation of risk control strategies. - Monitoring and Reporting:
Continuously monitor the risk status of investment projects and promptly identify and address emerging risks. Regularly report risk management status to management and stakeholders, including risk assessment results, control measures, and monitoring outcomes. - Cross-Department Collaboration:
Provide professional opinions and advice to support the company's investment decisions. Foster a culture of risk awareness and responsibility across the organization.
Requirements
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or other related fields. - Work Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in investment risk management or related fields, with experience in Web3 preferred. - Professional Skills:
Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi). Excellent risk analysis and management skills, capable of independently developing and implementing risk management strategies. - Other Requirements:
Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, able to work under high pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with team members and management.
