About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Industrial Services and Technology Real Estate team at Turner & Townsend Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage large-scale and complex information systems and technology projects in the real estate sector, working with a market-leading client base and taking the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets for information systems and technology projects in the real estate sector.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and other performance indicators.
  • Manage and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Prepare and deliver written project communication materials and present formal project progress and other reports.
  • Manage and coordinate the client, contractors, and designers.
  • Attend and chair meetings and draft minutes.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate will have NEC accredited Project Manager certification.
  • Member of a chartered institute, such as RICS, or willing to work towards it.
  • Good knowledge of construction industry themes, including MMC, Net Zero Carbon, and Digital agenda.
  • Good knowledge of project lifecycle and business case approvals process.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience of working on information systems and technology projects.
