About the Job:
In this role, you will ensure effective curriculum implementation through preparing schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans taking account of employer requirements and progression aspirations. You will also provide coaching and support to students that promotes the development of behaviours necessary for success in the future ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Coach students to develop and improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation through preparing schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans taking account of employer requirements and progression aspirations.
- Provide coaching and support to students that promotes the development of behaviours necessary for success in the future ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Bricklaying.
- The ability to support the development of student's English, Maths and Digital Skills.
- TAQA (301, 302 or 303) or equivalent qualifications.
- GCSE A* - C in English and Maths qualifications (Grades 9 – 4) or equivalent.
