Opportunity Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Academic Mentor to join our team at WMJobs. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences that promote academic achievement and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience working with students from diverse backgrounds. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

As an Academic Mentor, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This will involve assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum qualification of Grade C/4 in English and Maths at GCSE level. They will also possess a strong understanding of curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks, as well as the ability to analyze data and inform teaching practices.
