We are seeking a Supportive Academic Mentor to join our team, providing high-quality educational support to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD), or other Additional Educational Needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to work as a 1:1 tutor, providing Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans and delivering tailored support to help our students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and demands of the role.
