Apex Hotels is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Events and Groups Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Groups & Events team, including promoting hotel facilities and services to achieve maximum sales revenue and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Events & Groups budgets for each hotel.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue team and Hotel General Managers to agree Conference & Event budgets for each hotel.
  • Maintain accurate booking details and administration, allowing our Operations team to deliver excellence for clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Event and/or Group Rooms Manager or Assistant Manager.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, 30 days holiday, and a range of employee benefits.
