Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assessment and Training Professional to join our team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and account manage relationships with local employers, deliver high-quality apprenticeships, and provide ongoing training and assessment.

Salary Details: £23,122 - £33,311 per annum, plus a £5,000 annual salary supplement for qualified candidates.

The College has a reputation for high academic achievement and excellence, with over 6,500 full-time students and around 2,000 adult learners. Our Sixth Form provision is known for its high standards, and we offer an excellent benefits package, including employer pension contributions, 52 days of annual leave, and free parking.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to secure apprenticeship placements.
  2. Deliver high-quality apprenticeships, including workplace assessment and underpinning knowledge.
  3. Provide ongoing training and assessment to ensure learners meet the required standards.
  4. Contribute to the recruitment of new apprentices through local employer contacts.
