We are looking for a highly skilled Young People Support Specialist to join our team in Wisbech. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with young people between the ages of 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and provide them with the necessary support to reach their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in health and social care, with a salary of £28,558 - £32,986 per annum, including sleep allowance. We also offer a comprehensive training package, including ongoing face-to-face training and CPD planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, preferably in a residential setting, and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You must hold a full UK manual driver's licence and be over the age of 21.
