Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to work with children and young people in care, presenting with complex emotional and behavioural needs across homes in the Cambridge area. The successful candidate will provide reflective and supportive therapeutic practice within children's homes, including assessment, formulation, and intervention work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to children and young people in care, focusing on their emotional wellbeing and development.
• Assess, formulate, and implement intervention plans to address the complex needs of our clients.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• HCP registration as an Educational, Clinical, or Counselling Psychologist.
• Experience working with children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be between £45,000 and £63,000 per annum, depending on experience.
