We are seeking a per diem worker to join our team at Hedgerow House, a community residence operated by RISE Housing and Support Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the human services field and a commitment to providing supportive care to individuals struggling with substance use diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents in acclimating to the program and daily living activities
  • Supervise and maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
  • Model positive behaviors and provide guidance to residents
  • Work independently and think critically to address resident needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and colleagues

Benefits:

  • A $250 bonus after 6 months of employment
