Program Manager with Automotive Expertise

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with Automotive Expertise to lead our software development team in the UK. This role plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring that the product vision is correctly translated into development tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in automotive software development, with experience in Low-level Software and ADAS technologies. They will be responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring it is appropriately prioritized in alignment with the product strategy and stakeholder needs.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to respond quickly to the Client's changing needs. They will also be responsible for collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure the product messaging is coherent and compelling to target markets.
