Care Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and care to patients in a variety of settings.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible support and treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Ensure that patients are the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
- Assist patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living, while ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months Community HCSW UK (Private, NHS or Armed Forces) hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years.
- Alternatively, currently studying General/Adult Nursing (Student Nurse) and completed a minimum of 12 weeks clinical placements.
