We are recruiting for Support Workers to support one lady and two gentlemen who share their house in Alloa. Our team provides support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday, including some sleepovers and waking nights.
The people we support have faced challenges due to their learning disabilities, visual impairment, and mental health issues, but they enjoy life and participate in activities such as cycling, spending time in their community, and accessing religious groups.
We are looking for inventive and supportive people who are up for the challenge. Our support team is experienced and works well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes.
This role requires a female colleague, as the people we support prefer to be supported by someone of the same gender. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act.
