Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Deployment Lead to join our People Services Transformation team at First Bus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of our HRIS and Payroll solution across a specific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional deployment of our HRIS and Payroll solution, ensuring seamless collaboration with local teams and effective implementation.
- Provide support and guidance to resolve deployment-related issues and ensure consistency with overall project goals.
- Communicate progress updates and challenges to project leadership and maintain regional project plans and track progress.
- Act as Risk coordinator for the region, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to address region-specific change needs and lead training sessions for local teams.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure the effectiveness of deployed solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in HR Project Management, with a focus on HRIS and Payroll deployments.
- Proven experience in programme management, with a certification in Project Management a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems, with hands-on experience in HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, matrixed organisation and experience in Workday deployment, including testing, cutover, integrations, and data.
- Functional HCM experience preferable or previous HCM project manager/implementation experience.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
