We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our award-winning team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the perfect bedroom furniture solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn about new products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
