About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and drive sales through excellent service and relationship building
  • Achieve sales targets and convert inbound leads
  • Ensure product knowledge is passed on to customers to advise on the best product for them to purchase
  • Manage the customer journey, from processing information to final order
  • Produce detailed and accurate quotations for customers, including finance agreements
  • Manage quotations lists and adhere to sales team standards
About You
  • Experienced Sales Executive with exemplary customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate and confident in the use of the full MS Office suite
  • Provides exceptional customer care and understands the power of excellent customer experience
  • Experience of a range of sales methods, including face-to-face selling, phone sales, and live chats
  • Detail-oriented, product expert, and able to understand subliminal selling and upselling
  • A conscientious and collaborative team player with a strong track record in achieving sales targets
  • Motivated and confident with the ability to drive your own development
  • Able to build rapport and communicate with a wide range of customers
  • Resilient, focused, and enjoys achieving and exceeding targets
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Must have a driving license
