Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new mechanical solutions for our products.

About the Role:

As a Lead R&D Professional, you will be reporting to the Technical Director and will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and develop new mechanical solutions
  • Developing and implementing design for manufacturability (DFM) processes
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and FMEA methodologies
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless product development

Requirements:

  • BA Hons in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering discipline with a minimum 2:1 classification
  • Proven experience in working with fluids and mechanical systems
  • Strong knowledge of FMEA, ISO standards, and DFM processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
