Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a Lead R&D Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the development of new products and technologies, and will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new products and technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive innovation and improve product quality.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director to develop and implement company-wide engineering strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for Maxwell Bond to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • BA Hons in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering with minimum 2:1 Classification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful product launches.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
