About the Role:

C&E Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our esteemed culinary team at a luxury 5-star hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a high-performing kitchen section, ensuring consistent delivery of rosette-standard dishes.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a quality hotel kitchen environment.
  • Strong passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes using fresh local ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
