Job Title: Cleaning Operative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- To maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities, adhering to BICSc standards and ABM's Health and Safety procedures.
- To effectively interact with the public, providing excellent customer service and assisting with any queries or concerns.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as directed by the team leader, supporting the continuous improvement of our services.
Person Specification:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Smart and clean appearance at all times.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
