Job Title: Cleaning Operative

Location: Newtec Place Oxford

Pay Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate

Shift Pattern: Flexible Hours, Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1700, 9 Hours per Week

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

This role involves a variety of tasks, including:

· Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance at all times, wearing company uniform.

· Ensuring all cleaning duties are carried out to BICSc standards, meeting client expectations.

· Adhering to ABM's Health and Safety procedures, demonstrating personal responsibility for health and safety.

· Interacting effectively with the public, offering assistance when necessary.

· Carrying out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader, suggesting improvements to working practices.

· Working proactively, supporting colleagues whenever possible.

Person Specification:

Essential:

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Good customer care skills.

· Smart, clean appearance.
