Job Title: Cleaning Operative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- To maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
- To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with ABM's Health and Safety procedures.
- To interact effectively with the public and provide assistance when necessary.
- To work in a proactive manner, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as directed or operationally required.
Person Specification:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer care skills.
- Smart, clean appearance.
- Total commitment to quality.
