We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Housekeeper to join our team at Acis Group. As a Site Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our student portfolio facilities, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all facilities, grounds, and buildings are maintained and kept clean and presentable.
  • Work with the Site Services Manager and team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our residents.
  • Clean and upkeep of buildings, communal areas, and grounds on site.
  • Empty bins, litter pick, and perform general upkeep to maintain a tidy and presentable environment.
  • Notify the site maintenance team of any issues or concerns and log them onto the necessary IT systems.
  • Health and Safety is paramount; identify and manage risks, and report any concerns immediately.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure spaces and rooms are cleaned and prepared for new residents.
  • Support the team with inspections and provide excellent customer service to our residents.
Requirements
  • Experience working with cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use necessary IT systems.
  • Good literacy skills and awareness of COSHH regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience of safe working systems and ability to work as a team.
