Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine selections, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment, demonstrating your expertise and skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards, showcasing your understanding of our restaurant's values.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and orders with ease.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience, exceeding our guests' expectations.
