We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dining Service Ambassador. This role will be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

As a Dining Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. They will also have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, with 34 hotels across leading brands such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hotel Indigo, AC by Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott. We continue to have ambitious development and growth plans, with three new luxury 5-star hotels planned to open in 2024.

The estimated salary for this role is 11.44 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through additional shifts and bonuses. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring high standards are met.

As a Dining Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
  • Ensuring all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
