Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Service Professional to join our team at Sexy Fish Manchester. As a Dining Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine selections, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a smooth workflow, ensuring efficient service delivery.

  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Dining Service Professional in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards, with a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
