About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Iris Care Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with neurological conditions and older adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for patients with neurological conditions and older adults.
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans to improve patients' communication skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field.
  • Registered member of The Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists.
  • Experience working with patients with neurological conditions and older adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
