About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a variety of settings. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective communication tools and interventions, and contribute to the development of our Speech and Language therapy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group sessions to patients with neurodegenerative disorders and older adult mental health
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans, using standardized assessments and interventions
  • Collaborate with the SALT team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of our Speech and Language therapy service
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registered member of The Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists
  • Experience working with adult mental health and neurological conditions
  • Ability to use standardized assessments and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
