Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the sales process, from offer accepted to exchange day.
- Liaising with external parties to ensure smooth transaction progression.
- Communicating with clients, providing updates, and resolving queries efficiently.
- Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to prevent delays.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Natural problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Up to £24,000 basic salary.
- Commission-based structure with an OTE of £30,000.
- Parking on site.
- Company pension scheme.
