Pastoral Care and Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Pastoral Care and Respite Manager to oversee the Pastoral Care and Administration of our Respite service, while supporting its growth and development. As the face of Henshaws, you will manage communications with parents and external professionals, making professional contributions to Education, Health, and Care Plan reviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and external partners.
- Contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plan reviews, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
- Determine and implement measures to evaluate satisfaction, aligning performance with expected standards.
- Produce performance statistics and reports for the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will be educated to Level 3 or above, hold a driving license, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults is essential.
