Housing Project Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring the success of construction projects in social housing properties across Sussex/Kent.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents.

  • Collecting and recording Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by gathering project booklets upon completion.
  • Responding to residents' questions and concerns through email, phone, or in-person home visits.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £27k + company car and fuel card or a car allowance, and work full time, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch
