Professional Deterioration Prevention Practitioner

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the care of acutely unwell and deteriorating patients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care outreach, with experience in performing comprehensive patient assessments, responding to medical emergencies, and enabling timely discharges.
The role offers a competitive salary of £48,184 - £52,809 per annum/pro rata, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously within all specialities, providing expert clinical practice and leadership on a 24-hour shift rotation, covering 365 days per year including bank holidays.
