Job Title: Clinical Practitioner - Out of Hours



About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team at Shropdoc, a unique not-for-profit organisation providing high-quality out of hours healthcare services in Shropshire and Powys.



As a Clinical Practitioner, you will work autonomously and as part of a larger team to provide safe, holistic, and effective compassionate care provision to patients who have reached a range of dispositions from 111, including referrals from District nurses, 999, and Rapid response/virtual ward.



The successful candidate will have the relevant clinical experience to work autonomously and as part of a larger team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be willing to contribute to the continuous improvement, development, and delivery of a high-quality and professional out of hours service.

What We Offer



We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £ to £ per hour, with a 30% uplift for evenings, nights, and Saturdays, and a 60% uplift for Sundays and Bank Holidays. We also offer membership of the NHS pension scheme, a generous annual leave allowance, flexible ad-hoc shifts, and a range of other benefits.
