About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Outreach Practitioner to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Critical Care Outreach Team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the trust to deliver patient-focused programmes of care, addressing the complex and changing health and wellbeing needs of deteriorating and critically ill patients.

The successful candidate will have proven experience and expertise in working within Critical Care Outreach or equivalent services, demonstrating high-level clinical skills and knowledge. A registered General Nurse with active NMC registration, they will also hold a Critical Care Course (HEE 6/7), Physical/Health Assessment Course (HEE 6/7), Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (Nurse Independent Prescriber) (HEE 7), Advanced Life Support Provider, Teaching in Healthcare/Clinical Education/Medical Education, and Leadership Programme qualifications.
