About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will ensure that the children and young people feel safe and secure, establishing positive relationships with them and adhering to relevant legislation.

  • Provide a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
  • Act as a key worker to ensure plans are met.
  • Deal with challenging behaviour in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of UK care experience, preferably working with children and young people, and an enhanced DBS.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £11.00 per hour, based on a shift pattern in various locations.
