About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Greene King Pubs. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control, to ensure efficient and cost-effective food production.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and events, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
