About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Greene King Pubs. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced pub or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
