About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Engagement Lead to join our team at NRS Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our community, stakeholders, and service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including service users, community groups, and partner organizations.
  • Communication and Outreach: Design and implement effective communication and outreach strategies to engage with our community and promote our services.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback from service users and stakeholders to inform service improvements and evaluate the effectiveness of our community engagement initiatives.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate community events, forums, and meetings to promote our services and engage with our community.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
