About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that care is delivered to a high standard and that the home is run efficiently.
  • Care Planning: Work with residents, their families, and the care team to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the needs of each resident.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to health and safety, infection control, and data protection.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of care staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, including the management of budgets, resources, and staff.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A Registered Nurse qualification and a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a nursing setting, along with strong operational management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
