Senior Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Limited. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the workshop team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.

Responsibilities:
----------------

* Greet customers and their vehicles in a professional and friendly manner, discussing and confirming their requirements.
* Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
* Identify and address any team challenges or roadblocks promptly.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process.
* Keep customers informed of vehicle status, progress, and estimated completion times.
* Offer expert technical advice and recommendations on necessary repairs or upgrades.
* Proactively promote additional services or products that can enhance the customer's experience.
* Ensure efficient work flow and timely completion of repair orders.
* Monitor and optimise workshop processes to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Kerridge DMS.
* Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely billing.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
* Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve exceptional performance.
