- Identify and Address Challenges: Identify and address any team challenges or roadblocks promptly.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process.
- Keep Customers Informed: Keep customers informed of vehicle status, progress, and estimated completion times.
- Offer Expert Advice: Offer expert technical advice and recommendations on necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Proactively Promote Additional Services: Proactively promote additional services or products that can enhance the customer's experience.
- Ensure Efficient Workflow: Ensure efficient work flow and timely completion of repair orders.
- Monitor and Optimize Processes: Monitor and optimise workshop processes to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Kerridge DMS.
- Verify Invoices: Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely billing.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance processes, with a focus on customer service.
