About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, working closely with customers to provide exceptional service and create a unique shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store targets and deliverables.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting.
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries.
