Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

This temporary role requires a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate various aspects of the Capital Expenditure Request (CER) and Stock Condition Survey (SCS) programs for an established charitable organisation.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to track and update project data, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and ensure that all relevant information is captured and maintained in designated systems.

Salary: £25-£35 per hour.

About the Role:
  • Support the Estates Management team by coordinating CER and SCS projects.
  • Develop and maintain asset investment plans.
  • Manage project timelines, liaise with consultants, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in asset management, project coordination, or estates management.
  • Experience in managing and validating stock condition surveys.
