Job Title: Executive Director - Contract Catering

Executive Director Remuneration and Benefits:
* £50-55k annual salary
* Bonus
* Weekdays only, 40 hours

About Our Client:

Our client, a global leader in Contract Catering, with a key focus on diversity, seeks an Executive Director to lead a dynamic team at a flagship defence site, with multiple outlets. As Executive Director, you will have responsibility for all aspects of multi-faceted catering operations. The role is focused on managing effective and lasting client relationships, in a commercial manner, while ensuring the delivery of key financial targets and exceptional service.

Executive Director Responsibilities:

1. Lead and drive the strategy of growth and retention of new and existing business in each sector through leading the development of long-term account plans, including a rolling lifecycle review process
2. Drive the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals and sign off final agreements to ensure we deliver operationally sound contracts
3. Implement senior client review process to identify additional sales/service opportunities
4. Communicate strategy to the team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
6. Provide operational insight alongside strategic marketing plans to grow sales/services and deliver customer satisfaction
7. Manage labour costs above budget to client through policies in place
8. Challenge and continually review labour structures and ratios
9. Review trends and adjusting consumable budgets accordingly
