The role of Unit Manager at Greenacre Park is a key part of our team. As a Registered Nurse with a proven track record of leadership and management experience, you will have the opportunity to drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.
About the Role
- Leading your units care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical, and emotional needs of the people we support.
- Providing strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
- Overseeing and managing all your units clinical elements and risks.
- Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect care interventions appropriately.
- Acting as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
- The supervision and management of your units ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication.

Location
Greenacre Park is located in Leicester, LE5 0BN. This purpose-built care home provides a homely and supportive environment for adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,400, based on a full-time contract (12 hour day shifts) and an hourly rate of £20.24. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive excellent benefits, including retail and lifestyle reward discounts, free DBS check, and paid access to the RCNi Learning platform.
