Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in Leicester, Leicestershire. As a Haemodialysis Healthcare Professional, you will work in a cutting-edge dialysis clinic, delivering high-quality care to patients.

This is a permanent full-time role working on day shifts from Monday to Saturdays. You will be responsible for mentoring and assisting team members, providing safe haemodialysis treatment, and promoting effective communication among patients, users, and providers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in renal nursing and be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. They will possess good communication skills, knowledge of current professional nursing issues, and the ability to adapt to change within the working situation.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, 35 days' paid leave per annum, flexible timings, and flexible contracts. Full training and development opportunities are also available.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient-focused care and continuous learning. They will contribute to the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care, while adhering to company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
